An NHS organisation in London:

  • NHS Service Desk Supervisor, 2nd line
  • Band 7 - 27ph + 4.20 holiday pay = 31.20 per hour
  • Temporary role - January start for 6 months
  • Hybrid working - 2 days on-site in Canary Wharf, London
  • Full mandatory NHS vetting to be complete before the start date
  • This includes, but is not limited to, a face to face meeting to screen right to work, DBS check, training modules, 3 years referencing, onboarding forms

Job Description

NHS Service Desk Supervisor:

To oversee the 2nd line issues, help organise the unit so it is performing efficiently and to ensure sufficient training and support is in place.

Project to arrange the team in to 3 different working groups; Joiners, Movers & Leavers, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 Suite.

Ensuring training and a skills pathway is set up for each individual depending on group assigned and ensuring all rights, access and processes are in place for them to achieve the relevant training.

  • Reporting to the Compliance & Service Delivery Manager
