p>We are seeking an innovative and motivated NPD Project Manager to work alongside our engineering and manufacturing team on a number of complex projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, ideally FMCG, and will demonstrate excellent project management skills.

Description

The NPD Project Manager will be reponsible for:

  • Leading new and existing product projects working with varying size project teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Developing project plans using MS Projects, outlining timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Facilitating project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

The successful NPD Project Manager should have:

  • Worked in project management within the FMCG manufacturing sector - ESSENTIAL.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills - ESSENTIAL.
  • A strong understanding of industry regulations and standards - ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - ESSENTIAL.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and an analytical mindset - ESSENTIAL.
  • A relevant degree or qualification such as Prince2 - DESIRABLE

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary range of around 50,000 - 55,000 per annum.
