(OpenText, Open Text, ECM, xECM)

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an OpenText Consultant (ECM or xECM).

For this role you can work remotely but will need to be onsite in Helsingborg, Sweden for 1 week every 6-8 weeks for workshops (expenses will be paid when in Sweden).

The client is a Strategic Digital Partner for a Global Retail Client running a major HR Transformation Program, spanning 30+ countries and 180 000+ users. The Program aims to re-design the HR Operating Model, Service Delivery Model and reimagine Employee Experiences. To enable this ambition, a new tech stack is being implemented and rolled-out. This tech stack includes SuccessFactors for Core HR & Talent, ServiceNow HRSD for HR Service Delivery & OpenText for Document Management.

At least 8+ years of Information Technology experience in Open Text ECM or xECM.

Extension hand-on experience with xECM Solutions and experience in OpenText xECM implementation for SAP solution Added advantage if experience in OpenText xECM implementation for SAP RE-FX, PPM modules OpenText Extended ECM experience including Content Server 16/20.x, Archive Server, OTDS, Enterprise Scan.

Well-versed in creating workflow, forms and business validation process using xECM suite Expertise in Java Scripting, OScript, Scripting languages, SQL/Oracle Database & familiar with SAP and OT Integration Knowledge on archiving concepts related to Engineering Document Management Experience on customization using Web-Services, REST APIs Installation of OpenText Extended ECM for SAP including the landscape and solution design, configuration, and testing Experience in Data migration into OpenText from Legacy apps.

Rich experience in OpenText Content Server including, Workflow, WebReport, liverepors, Records Management, Searching, Indexing, oScript, CWS.

Capable of defining a Road Map for a client in Extended ECM solution.

Troubleshoot and implement large and complex Extended ECM integrated Solutions within the client system architecture In depth knowledge of Records Manager & Rich experience in OpenText components is an added advantage
