You will be working for a well known organisation who are based in the West Midlands on a 6-9 month contract. This role is to start ASAP and its outside scope of IR35. However, I am keen to speak to candidates who are also open to inside IR35 roles too. This role is working for a council and hence council experience would be advantageous. This role is hybrid working, with a few days a week on-site.

My clients are looking for an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to work on their Support Model Workstream.

Support Model Business Analyst
* Development of Support Model Procedures & Processes
* Development of Customer Journeys and Customer Support Processes
* Working with Change Managers to develop engagement and communications for support team
* Working with Change Managers to develop engagement and communications for customers
* Working with L&D to support development of training materials
* Development of the post go live 'Resolver Group' approach and processes
* Supporting the delivery of the Communication and Engagement events.
