• Support the delivery of the Oracle Finance programme, providing Oracle architectural solution design advice and recommendations to:
• The design and delivery of Essential Fixes;
• The design and implementation of a new Income Management solution;
• The design of rectification work around segregation of duties and resolving conflicts identified by Oracle Risk Cloud
• Support for the design, implementation and cutover to a new Oracle instance as part of re-implementation
• Work with the Authority and Oracle to provide a path to resolution of outstanding defects, compliance issues and Oracle Service requests.

Essential Skills and Experience Required
Extensive experience working as an ERP Solution Architect in organisations implementing and/or running Oracle Cloud applications, preferably working within a large Local Authority or with a private sector organisation providing Public Sector Services.
Relevant Oracle Certifications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (eg Implementation Specialist) and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and a detailed knowledge of Cloud ERP Finance modules and solution architecture.
Experience of the full cycle of implementation utilising Oracle Cloud.
Able to demonstrate a clear understanding and capability to work within relevant ICT related standards including ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 22301, ISO/IEC 20000, PRINCE2 and MSP
Strong written, verbal communication, customer service and presentational skills
