Whitehall Resources are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with experience within the Benefits module for an initial 6 month contract in London. This is a hybrid working role, with a maximum of two days expected on site per week.
This contract role has been deemed OUTSIDE IR35 by the client.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
- Should have at least 2 end-to-end Implementations as a Functional Consultant (Fusion Benefits)
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
- Good understanding of Benefits integration with Third party
Good to have skills on the below:
- Fusion Compensation.
