Support Model Deployment Lead

* Overall day to day management of the Support Model workstream (reporting to the Programme Manager).
* Acting as 'Deployment Lead' enabling the development and transition of the Support Operating Model.
* Overseeing the delivery of the Support Model Plan to end of hypercare period (expected to be end of September 2024).
* Responsible for the overall design and configuration of Support Operating Model, it's policies, procedures and ways of working.
* Engaging and managing programme stakeholders, building buy-in and support to drive forward the new operating model.
* Ensuring a common understanding across all key stakeholders of the workstreams critical path, key decision points and roles and responsibilities for workstream delivery.
* Ensures that issues are properly recorded and managed. Monitors risks and recommends mitigating actions.
* Acting as the prime point of contact for all escalated issues related to the delivery of the Support Operating Model.

Candidates need to have

Oracle Fusion experience
Lead a Oracle Fusion Project/workstream to handover to the business post go live.
Strong communication
Ideally worked for a council before.
