Support Model Deployment Lead

Overall day to day management of the Support Model workstream (reporting to the Programme Manager).
Acting as 'Deployment Lead' enabling the development and transition of the Support Operating Model.
Overseeing the delivery of the Support Model Plan to end of hypercare period (expected to be end of September 2024).
Responsible for the overall design and configuration of Support Operating Model, it's policies, procedures and ways of working.
Engaging and managing programme stakeholders, building buy-in and support to drive forward the new operating model.
Ensuring a common understanding across all key stakeholders of the workstreams critical path, key decision points and roles and responsibilities for workstream delivery.
Ensures that issues are properly recorded and managed. Monitors risks and recommends mitigating actions.
Acting as the prime point of contact for all escalated issues related to the delivery of the Support Operating Model.

Candidates need to have

Oracle Fusion experience
Lead a Oracle Fusion Project/workstream to handover to the business post go live.
Strong communication
Ideally worked for a council before.
