The Consultancy Group is partnered with a growing Retail and E-Commerce business who is looking for an experienced Power BI Analyst to join their dynamic Data team. The analytics team are committed to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our business strategies and operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards with a specific emphasis on Ecommerce and Retail data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations.
• Analyse large datasets related to sales, customer behaviour, inventory, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient data models to support reporting needs.
• Provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a Power BI Analyst with a focus on Ecommerce or Retail data.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
• Solid understanding of E-commerce and Retail metrics, KPIs, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of SQL
