We encourage applications from Practitioner Psychologists, Psychological Therapists and Psychotherapists interested in providing treatment and support to people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, including psychosis, complex emotional needs (CEN) and complex PTSD. You will join a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team in Arun district . We are looking for someone with excellent clinical skills, able to engage positively with colleagues, service users, and the wider community. You will be able to think creatively with partnership organisations, modelling our strong commitment to trauma-informed approaches, co-production, and inclusion. As a psychological professional, you will offer assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventions for people with a range of mental health difficulties. Experience of working with psychosis is desirable. As the post sits within community services, you will offer supervision and training to both psychological professionals and multidisciplinary colleagues. You will build close working relationships with our local community of psychological professionals working into other teams.
