Job Description: A leading Financial Services organization in London is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Consultant with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on enhancing trading operations and streamlining data management as part of a strategic transformation initiative. The consultant will lead the design and delivery of future-state processes across key investment functions, collaborating with various stakeholders. This position offers a day rate of up to £650 and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of future-state processes across key investment functions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of end-to-end processes, delivering detailed process maps and root cause identification.
- Drive the successful execution of process improvement projects using DMAIC and lead Kaizen events.
- Produce storyboards that clearly articulate benefits and outcomes of process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, actuaries, and business stakeholders on complex process improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end process improvement, including modelling, analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong skills in process mapping, design, and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0.
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in the Financial Services sector.

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher
- Proven expertise in end-to-end process improvement, including modelling, analysis, and the use of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (particularly DMAIC)
- Strong skills in process mapping, design, and optimisation
- Hands-on experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools
- Exposure to workflow and process automation solutions
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0
- Demonstrated success working across multiple business domains and with cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience in the Financial Services sector
