Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Keep open lines of communication and feedback loops with stakeholders and customers to gain a thorough understanding of their needs, goals, and pain points as well as problems that need to be addressed through analysis, communication, and observation.
  • Collaborating with the scrum team and the client to comprehend, validate, specify, and order requirements
  • Presents the agile scrum team with committed requirements.
  • Clearly define the requirements in the form of user stories, then collaborate with the scrum team to develop them into deliverables that meet predetermined acceptance standards.
  • To enhance the value of delivery increments, collaborate with the scrum team.
  • Collaborating with the scrum team and SPM to create, update, and implement a roadmap of verified requirements that add value for stakeholders and customers

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

  • Working knowledge of product management
  • Strong grasp of Agile approaches and the capacity to pick up information about the organisations development process fast.
  • A track record of successfully meeting deadlines, making decisions ahead of time, and knowing when to take prudent risks or escalate problems.
  • Practical knowledge of gathering, evaluating, and applying data to develop plans and carry them out in practice.
  • Security Clearance
