Job Description:
Backlog Management: Create and meticulously maintain the User Stories Backlog. Collaboration: Engage with System Architects, Engineering teams, and other Product Owners, along with the Product Manager, to cultivate and refine the team backlog. Prioritization: Prioritize and sequence the User Stories Backlog based on business value and ROI. Elaboration: Assist in elaborating Features into user stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are detailed enough for single-sprint achievement. Vision Communication: Convey the Vision and Goals at the onset of each Program Increment (PI) and Sprint to the Scrum team. Active Participation: Participate actively in daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Quality Inspection: Inspect product progress at the end of every Sprint, wielding complete authority to accept or reject work done. Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate status externally and collaborate with other Product Owners and Scrum Masters on prioritizing interdependencies and addressing blockers.
