The Production Planning & Analysis Lead will be responsible for developing efficient production schedules and using data to drive smart, scalable decisions. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and working closely with a passionate team.
As Production Planning & Analysis Lead, You Will
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet seasonal and daily demand
- Analyse production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with different teams across the business to rebuild and refine production processes
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability
- Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
As Production Planning & Analysis Lead, You Will Have
- Experience in production planning, production analysis, or a similar manufacturing role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for building and improving systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
