JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the leadership team, your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance performance outcomes, innovate new product features, and expand business domains within Relay Spot Supply. Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your leadership extends beyond the strategic level to the day-to-day tactical aspects, immersing yourself deeply in both business and technical domains. Serving as a multi-disciplinary leader, you will be the ultimate decision-maker, working closely with the engineering organization, encompassing both development and testing.

Your success in this role hinges on exceptional project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a drive to achieve tangible results in a high-paced setting. A customer-centric approach is paramount, and prior experience in leading diverse disciplines would be a significant advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver results by owning business performance outcomes for assigned domain within EU
• Deliver key KPI's on cost, conversion and performance metrics.
• Day to Day handling for Relay Spot Supply(RLB) product operations, insights to drive key business deliverables on cost, performance and DEA.
• End to end ownership of business analytics reporting for different areas of RSS in EU - Business, Pricing, CX etc.
• Stakeholder Management for partners teams - Business, Finance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience building business analytics reports from scratch.
• Proficient in SQL and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to derive insights from data using tools like Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization and analytics platforms
