Programme Manager (Cyber Security)
A leading Oil and Gas company based in central London require a Cyber Security Programme Manager to bring together a multitude of workstreams covering the full lifecycle delivery of the strategic cyber security maturity enhancements programme. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative team responsible for the successful delivery of the Cyber Security Programme across 4 workstreams with 30/40 people including Product Owners, SME’s and Project Managers in an inside IR35 12 month initial contract at £750 – £850 per day with high chance of extension and hybrid London office working model.
Programme Manager Responsibilities:
Within this role, you will be a visionary leader, accountable for setting the vision and direction to deliver cyber change across the current systems. You will be involved in a number of workstreams alongside the responsibility to define strategy and improve the system’s security. Owning the project end-to-end you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and organising onshore and offshore teams in a collaborative environment.
Programme Manager Requirements:
As the Programme Manager you will be required to focus on creating strong relationships between the stakeholders, team members and key vendors whilst managing and controlling risks and changes to scope as they arise.In order to be successful in the role, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven track record of managing a large scale and complex Cyber Security Programme for a global organisation in a PM capacity
- Ability to engage the Senior Leadership Team on change initiatives
- Domain experience across SPLUNK, Microsoft Sentinel, Endpoint Detection, Automation, Cloud Migrations, DevOps
- Background of working within the Oil/Financial Services space beneficial
- Hands on experience leading cyber security professionals
