Project Manager, 6 months contact, £350 p/d, Inside IR35, Hybrid/Edinburgh.

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a utilities organisation, who are looking to recruit a Project Manager. This role has a hybrid approach, the candidate will be able to work from home while reporting to the client site in Edinburgh.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with a daily rate of £350 Inside IR35.

The main purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of capital investment projects and discrete programmes of work.

The key accountabilities of this role are:

• Working in a Team of four Project Managers, reporting to a Senior Project Manager.


• Delivering a variety of Water, Wastewater & MEICA projects.


• Delivering projects ranging from circa £50k - £2m.


• Delivering a yearly investment target of circa £4m.


• Collaborating with Framework Delivery Partners, our Commercial Team, Project Planning Team, Stakeholders and Specialist Services Teams.


• Reporting Monthly on the Project Portfolio, with a keen focus on Project Milestones, Investment Targets, Regulator Outputs, and delivery dates.


• Working with the client systems and processes to prepare Contracts, manage Project Change Events and the payments for works delivered.


• Checking Delivery Partner RA/MS are suitably developed.


• Ensuring all project Health & Safety matters are addressed appropriately.
