Interface Project Manager

Sector: HVDC Power

Location: Stafford (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)

Contract Length: 12 months

Inside IR35

Rate: 60-70ph

Role Outline:

The role will encompass the coordination and interface management of a major HVDC project, requiring effective coordination of project interfaces, aligned with project managers, managing internal, external clients, matrix SME organisation, stakeholders, and consortium EPC partners.

Responsibilities (Summarised):

Management of key project interface deliverables between the Client NG-SPT, 3rd parties and our client.
Track and record all project activities and deviations from stakeholders, reporting and managing resolution plans to mitigate risk, cost and schedule.
Report and maintain risk, cost exposure and mitigation plans for all interface issues.

Experience Requirements:

Experienced with Large capital -Power- HVDC technology -EPC- development.
Experienced within EPC construction, engineering and technology interfaces.
Experience of managing large project interface management activities at senior levels.
Onshore and offshore Energy and power, or grid integration.
Understanding of Nation grid - SPT power transportation providers project and operations organisations.
Consortium and client interface management leadership capabilities
Knowledge of manging and resolving contract issues in liaison with Contract managers and Project management leaders.

Qualifications:
Engineering Degree
Project Management qualifications - APM desirable or equivalent project experience
