Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customers unique needs and objectives to offer customized solutions and support.
Customer Retention:
- Develop strategies to minimise customer churn and ensure enduring partnerships.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
Issue Resolution:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate regular reports to track account performance and provide actionable insights.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect customer feedback and relay it internally to enhance our products.
- Propose process improvements to elevate the customer experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software or shipping industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Capacity to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge/experience of the shipping industry is a must.
