Job Description: The Project Manager (Product Requirements) role involves leading the Product Strategy team to define future product range content that meets customer and market demands. The position requires extensive collaboration across various business groups, focusing on stakeholder management and project management within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management skills required - 5 years plus in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
- Stakeholder management skills are more important than the technical knowledge of the product range in this role.
- The ability to translate complex requirements and define solutions and routes to market.
- High levels of prioritisation, organisation and planning skills.
- Capability to influence and work through others to deliver an offering.
- Experience in strategic product development projects or new product introduction (NPI).
- Project Manage new market introductions and the conversion of voice of customer (VOC's) feasible solutions.
- Working with Sales and Marketing (SMSP) to understand customer and market requirements and creating/managing Product Objectives for new and existing models.
- Working with commercial teams and customers facing teams on additions to the range.
- Defining future programs for the product range and developing business cases for new products.
- Working with engineering teams to ensure the availability of technical information for product launches.
- Coordinate customer facility visits.
- Microsoft 365 package skills are essential. Microsoft Project, excel, teams and outlook.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent prioritisation, organisation, and planning skills.
- Experience in strategic product development and new product introduction (NPI).
