Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee the execution of commercial solar mounting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to achieve project objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality solar mounting systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve processes and standards.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report financial status to senior management.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Proactively address challenges, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial solar mounting systems and their installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- PMP certification is a plus.
