We at Work Lyf group are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator based in Warrington for a global company!

This is for a fixed term contract until June 2025 but for the right candidate permanent opportunities may arise + there are many progression opportunities within the company.

Training will be given.

Job Purpose

To support the in direct procurement/finance functions of the business, general ERP administration, facility contract management.

Duties:

  • Assist with facilities maintenance and operations, ordering lunches, managing mobile phone contracts, stationary requirements.
  • Assist with centralized operations that meet the needs of multiple departments, such as information and data processing within ERP system, mail, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all suppliers, internal stakeholders.
  • Manage travel requirements for the business.
  • Manage fleet administration, driver s license checks
  • Support the finance team printing and sending invoices to customers, updating excel schedules
  • General administration support for finance, procurement teams
