Our client is global retailer based in Central London who are looking for a QA Lead to join their team. You'll create the test plan, carry out testing, manage defects, and work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and is ready for go-live. The ideal candidate must have experience testing HR and Payroll systems in retail, with a good understanding of payroll processes and data accuracy. You'll need to be an excellent communicator as you will work closely with various stakeholders.

We're looking for candidates who possess:

  • Excellent understanding of HR & Payroll
  • Must have previous retail experience
  • Excellent communication skills
