About The Role:
The Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates, monitoring project costs, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Duties:
- Prepare quotes for R&M + PLANNED projects.
- Prepare quotes for reactive works
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyse project specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to gather project information.
- Review and evaluate contractor bids and proposals.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to cost control and project progress.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in using cost estimation software and tools.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Skills:
- Extensive on-site knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of general construction.
- Extensive experience working NHF rates.
- Fast with producing quotes
- Quick turnarounds with quotes
