Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leicester

Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday (No on call or extended hours required)

Salary: Competitive salary and bonus to be earnt with zero threshold!

Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to look after and service our long standing clients.

We have an excellent reputation in the local area, have created long lasting relationships with companies and job seekers across Leicestershire require someone to help continue our excellent level or service to ensure that our staff members and clients are happy at all times.

As a Recruitment Consultant You Will Be Responsible For

• Advertising job positions on online job boards
• Sourcing candidates through job portals
• Hiring of temporary and permanent workers for our clients
• Complete on site inductions for new starters
• Help build and grow our client base
  
  

Recruitment experience is not essential as training is given, however it would be beneficial for the right candidate to have an exposure or experience in business to business sales.
