Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer up to  55 per hour North West

Venn Group s expert Legal Team are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to join an established Local Authority in the North West. This post will be for an initial period of 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension. 

The role will be performed on a remote basis, with travel required for monthly team meetings. They are ideally seeking someone on a part-time 2.5 day per week basis. 

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX with ASC experience. 

The successful adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to: 

• Court of Protection applications 
• Deprivation of Liberty 
• Ordinary Residence 
• Mental Capacity queries
