Agile Scrum Master - Contract - 6+ Months - Inside of IR35

I'm currently recruiting for a Scrum Master for a South London based client.
As a Scrum Master you will need strong experience with managing project scope and timeline. You will do this by coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand ups. You will have experience coaching teams in Agile frameworks.

We are looking for someone who can be a Scrum Master first but a Project Manager second through strong leadership of the team with actionable activities. We need someone who has initiative to lead good tracking and measuring for deliverables.

Location: London (Remote)
Rate: 550 per day (PAYE/Umbrella)
Length: 6 Months with a view to extend (2 year project).
IR35 Status: Inside IR35.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master and over 3 years of experience.
• Experience working across multiple teams and coaching them on how to work in an Agile environment.
• Experience working in Data and BI environments. Project Managing these projects will very beneficial.
• Strong Communication/Stakeholder management skills and experience managing teams of developers.
• Project Management experience in previous and current roles.
• Experience with planning sprints and dealing with workflow and back longs using KANBAN
• Experience implementing an Agile environment and Jira into teams.
