A meat manufacturing company is seeking an analytical consultant to join their company with the objective of enhancing their performance and profitability.

The successful Consultant will collaborate closely with the management team to gather and analyse key performance and sales data. You will be responsible for building forecasting models which will be instrumental in guiding strategic pricing and production decisions, as well as anticipating and meeting demand volumes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm
• Food manufacturing experience and ideally an understanding of meat production
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to analyse data and build forecasting models

• Day rate: 600-750
• Duration: 4-6 weeks
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: remote with some travel in the UK, expenses reimbursed.
