Job Title: SC AWS DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Rate: 450 - 500 PD

Lawrence Harvey are working with a leading technology consultancy that are seeking multiple DevOp's Engineers with current Security Clearance (SC).

Key Requirements:

- AWS as Cloud vendor of choice for last 4+ years
- Solid Platform Engineering skill
- Linux OS / administration
- Kubernetes with EKS, maintain and orchestrate
- Docker
- Experienced with Hashicorp stack (Terraform, Packer, Consul, Vault etc).
- Experienced with Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence etc).

Key Skills:

- Working within an agile context with the use of CI/CD
- Articulate a logical design, and understand how this translates to physical infrastructure
- Experience with defining and working with the constraint of NFRs such as cost, scalability, availability
- The must have skills will determine how well they will be able to integrate into our way of working and the principals we use when making strategic and long-term decisions

Nice to have technologies and experience, all not mandatory:

- Dynatrace
- Nginx
- Kafka
- IPv4 Networking
- Software engineering either - (C/C++/Java/Python/Go/Rust/Node)
- Test automation
- Relational and non-relation data technologies
- Passion for technology
