Role
- Build an Excel supply plan per platform (IKP and PCF) summarizing rolling GBGFs capacity demand inputs by class of service, capacity guard rails by class of service, rolling capacity supply plans by class of service and forward gaps, impacts:
maintain an action plan to resolve gaps and mitigate impacts,
define/document process and data inputs to maintain and automate where possible (eg feeds from Splunk), ensuring that 2 others (to be nominated) can maintain.
calculate platform recharge rates, reconcile actuals to the modelled costs, report the rate breakdown,

define/document process and data inputs to maintain and automate where possible (eg feeds from Splunk), ensuring that 2 others (to be nominated) can maintain. - Build an Excel multi-year cost book per platform (IKP and PCF) with a sub-book per cost/contract, summarized to calculate total annual costs (numerators), and sub-book per platform for allocated/forecasted volumes (see above), summarized to calculate annual volumes (denominator):
Ensure that all investment options (initiatives) have justified costs and benefits, define/document process to maintain, ensuring that 2 others (to be nominated) can maintain.
Produce output for the benefit of stakeholders (business consumers, Build Project Manager, management, procurement, cost management) to meet their needs.
Define/document methodology for valuing risks and problems.
Requirements
- Strong Excel knowledge, ability to build multi-tab/workbook models, fed by external data sources, including Splunk.
- Experience of creating cost models to determine total cost of ownership and recharge rates.
- Experience of designing processes to manage the flow of data from other sources (typically csv, Excel, Splunk) to transform data from demand forecasts into supply plans and reports required by others to explain regional and per class of service cost breakdowns.
- Ideally able to design/develop Splunk dashboards.
- Having IAS skills (Infrastructure as a service)
- Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable explaining financial concepts, cost allocations/distributions, and ratios.
