Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Business Analyst to join an expanding organisation in Leeds. The role is a 6 month temp position, and the role is fully remote

The Role:

• Support the decommission of old IT Systems and commission of the replacement systems


• Liaise between technology team, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to establish requirements and determine user needs


• Collaborate with clients to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the content from data, and use this to outline business needs


• Build and monitor key performance indicators, reporting these to the required teams


• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications that will be used to design and implement business solutions

The Person:

• Experienced with working between multiple stakeholders and teams in a clear manner


• Strong personable skills


• Experienced in digital business analysis, commissioning new IT systems a desirable extra
