We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced training professional to join our Clients's business as a Business Process / Systems Trainer to support a global transformation programme. As a key member of the change management team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in one of the most complex and visible transformation programmes throughout the Client's portfolio.

The role

Working alongside our Transformation Training Lead and the wider Change team, and with a specific focus on our Business Process and Business Systems Training requirements, you will primarily be responsible for the following:

• Developing a training needs analysis for both people and finance Transformations
• Development and delivery of the associated training strategy and training plan
• Translating change impacts from process mapping activities into specific training interventions, e.g., e-learning, blended learning, or instructor lead learning, throughout the lifecycle of the transformation projects

Key Requirements

• Experience in managing technical business process and business systems training (essential)
• Significant previous experience of successfully designing and delivering training within a global, complex organisation
• Oracle fusion training experience
• Excellent organisation, documentation, and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (including upwards management)
• Software skills such as Storyline, PowerPoint, and Excel
