Interim Buyer| Remote Based | £14.90 per hour (umbrella) | Temporary

Client: 

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a public sector organisation in with a national presence to recruit an interim Buyer.

The organisation operates a remote working policy, with occasional travel required for meetings with the team (once per month maximum).

This position would suit an individual with purchasing experience within the Public or Private Sectors, strong listening and communication skills and a desire to begin their procurement journey.

Role: 

• Engaging and building long lasting relationships with stakeholders


• Provide administrative support to the wider team


• Assisting the procurement team in ensuring full contract compliance


• Preparing tender documentation


• Requests for quotations

Individual:

• Previous purchasing experience  


• Good attitude to learning new skills
