We are undergoing a roll out of our data and analysis platform, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing team to support the initiative. You will have the knowledge and skills to understand business requirements for information and insight, which can be used to help make informed business decisions.

Required skills:

• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to: - assess potential data insights - document data & definitions - define quality, security and controls.
• Experience with ERP Solutions and ERP Data.
• Experience with Power BI and knowledge of Azure Data Platform.

Business Analysis

o Ability to investigate, document, become an expert and collaborate on and around: - Processes - Systems - ways of working

o Define problems and analyze options and resolutions and provide recommendations to solutions.

o Work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits available.

o Develop a strong understanding of products, process and solutions focusing on business outcomes.

o Write Functional Requirements / Stories to support the Data Enterprise Team to provide technical solutions to business problems.

o Conduct detailed analysis on new data sources to produce field mapping and data type assessment.

o Support estimation and planning of work to convert the requirements into User Stories

Data; Document, define, establish controls, quality and appropriate structure and process for all data in your tasks.

Assist the Power BI team and Data Engineers preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Support and Coordinate testing, user adoption, training and communication.
