p>Xpertise has partnered with a leading data consultancy working on a large-scale financial services project. In short, we are looking for a data engineer with experience working for or with Quantexa to take on a key role within our Data and AI team.

This can be on a contract or permanent basis. There may be multiple roles.

Salary: 45,000-95,000 (mid-lead)

Day rate: 400.000-600.00

Outside IR35

Location: Remote-based + offices in Edinburgh, Nottingham and London

Key skills desired:

  • 1+ years of experience working with Quantexa required
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Cloud engineering tech: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Big data tech: Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop etc
  • DevOps: Terraform, Gradle (CI/CD)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
