p>Role: French Speaking IT Programme Manager, Business Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) - Contract/B2B Opportunity - Europe (OUTSIDE IR35 for the UK) - Global Consultancy working with an FMCG Client - 6 - 12 Month Initial Contract

I am currently working with a well-known FMCG client who are currently looking for an IT Programme Manager to join them working on the Technical and Business Integrations of their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Team. This candidate will be overseeing the whole programme process within the business from inception to delivery making sure the strategy is in line with the business and stakeholder needs. The company have 50 brands under their global remit and are constantly adding strong brands to their umbrella so this is a really exciting role for the right Programme Manager but they must have strong business integration experience in the Mergers & Acquisitions area from a Technical perspective understanding the nuances this brings.

The IT Programme Manager will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the global Technology teams to drive the post deal integrations within the Merger and Acquisitions as well as expansions projects
  • They will be responsible for analysing the key IT needs for the integration projects and will create the Programme Strategy accordingly including resources, timelines and budgeting
  • They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Technical Solutions both Application and Infrastructure side from a strategic perspective
  • Vendor management will be a key part of the position as will engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or programmes

The IT Programme Manager will have the following experience:

  • They will be a Seasoned Programme Manager who has Business Transformation experience specifically within Business Integration projects and M&A
  • Experience managing multi-threaded and global teams leading them to achieve the Technical strategy for the Business
  • Experience managing complex IT projects within the Integration of Mergers and Acquisitions with exposure to a wide range of systems, applications and technologies
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships, SLA's, negotiations and performance monitoring as well as the ability to manage senior level stakeholders
  • The role will require English and French languages with the ability to speak and write French to a business level
  • Experience on the creation, development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies as this is the ERP system the company use (they are in the process of delivering S4 HANA internally so this experience would be beneficial however not essential
  • From an industry perspective working within FMCG would be highly sought after

This role is an initial 6-12 month contract working for a global business with offices worldwide but the role will be based out of Europe with the opportunity to work remotely or to go into the office 1-2 days per week.
