The Role

As a HR Coordinator - Temporary workforce, you will support a variety of administrative tasks relating to the Contingent and Freelance workforce. This includes opening positions, populating contracts, and ongoing administration of temporary and contract employee s data. Workday or equivalent HRIS experience is ideal, as you will leverage the Workday platform to streamline and automate various workforce management processes.

This role is for an initial fixed term of 6 months and will based remotely.

Here s What You ll Be Doing

  • Independent Contractor Workforce Management:
    • Working with the Talent Attraction Team to ensure the appropriate use by the business of contingent/freelance workers and that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Workday Utilization:
    • Utilize the Workday platform for managing contingent and freelance workforce.
    • Ensure system is kept up to date with all-workforce changes and that all system processes are fully approved.
    • Provide support to users on Workday processes related to contingent workforce management.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Complete regulatory checks to determine worker status i.e. IR-35
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in relation to the Independent Contract workers.
    • Maintain documentation related to contracts, agreements, and compliance records.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Generate reports using Workday to provide insights into contingent/freelance workforce metrics.
    • Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the contingent/freelance workforce management lifecycle.
    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What Do You Bring To The Role?

Essential

  • Experience supporting administration of an Independent Contract Workforce or in a similar HR or Business role.
  • Familiarity of Workday or equivalent HRIS and hands-on experience with the Workday platform.
  • General understanding of labor laws and regulations related to Independent Contractor workforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

  • Experience of working with Workday.
  • Experience of working with Greenhouse.
