My client, a prominent Housing provider undergoing a significant period of change, is recruiting for an Interim Head of Finance for a three-to-six month contract. This role, falling outside IR35, offers the flexibility of full remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance people management with process improvement.
- Lead short-term change management initiatives.
- Enhance the management accounts pack and optimise systems use.
- Dive into details, diagnose problems, and guide the team towards improvement.
