Toner Graham is recruiting for an Investment Operations Specialist to join an award-winning financial services organisation.

Experience and understanding of working within a UK banking subsidiary of an international bank would be highly desirable, your role will include:

Creation and launch of new crowd funding offers
Closing, making payments and certificate allocation for crowd funding offers
Ongoing due diligence of third party suppliers for Crowd Funding
Managing changes to the platform, including those relating the changes to ISA rules coming into effect on 6 April
Managing more complex requests and queries relating to Crowd Funding
Sending out key messages to Crowd Funding customers
Creation of data reports relating to Crowd Funding
Ideally you will have Investment Operations experience using digital platforms, and be used to working with third party suppliers.

Desired Experience, Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Ideally you will have Investment Operations experience using digital platforms, and be used to working with third party suppliers.
Proven experience in governance or company secretariat roles within the financial services sector.
Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
