We've been tasked to help our corporate client find a Release Manager to help support digital product releases into their business.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide remote support to the technology function, within our client's business, as they look to streamline and create efficiencies in their regular code releases and ensure that all stakeholders are onboard and aware of future code release schedules.

Key to this role - excellent management and communication skills.

Essential skills for this role:-

• Proven experience in ITSM change management in ServiceNow (or equivalents)
• Application Lifecycle Management tools - like AzureDevOps (or equivalents) as well as experience of cloud deployments (Azure ideal)
• Experience in leading application release and process improvements such as release automation
• Experience in IT application development environments, release management or IT support
• A track record of analysing and spotting opportunities to innovate and improve around releases
• Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, from developers, BAs and the business at all levels, communicating plans clearly
• Good handle on quality metrics and tracking

This role is remote working. You will on occasion need to attend our the client site at your expense (estimated 3 - 6 times yearly). The corporate head office is available to applicants who prefer to work from a client office.
