This Service Desk role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in technology and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support within an industrial/manufacturing setting in Skelmersdale.

Description
- Provide first-line support for all user IT issues.
- Log all IT service desk requests and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Coordinate with the technology team to implement IT solutions.
- Conduct regular system tests to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and IT policies.
Profile
A successful IT Technician team member should have:- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 or above, and competent in using Microsoft Office 365 or above, and a range of web browsers
- Exposure to Citrix Environment is advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory
- Microsoft In-Tune and Android/iPhone management
- Deploying Windows client images from Gold builds
- Utilisation of remote deployment and management tools
- Embrace Information Security at all user levels.
