Job Title: Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Venn Group s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Public Sector Organisation based in the East Midlands in the search for an experienced Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer.
 
This is a full-time position which offers the opportunity to work for Public Sector Organisation within a knowledgeable Commercial team.

Duties shall include:

• Negotiating and advising on contractual agreements and settlements alongside handling both procurement and construction matters
• Providing legal advice predominantly surrounding matters of procurement, contracts, partnerships, JCT and NEC agreements alongside more general commercial and contractual work
• Advising on g-cloud contracts, Public Health matters, inter-authority agreements, partnerships, and subsidy control agreements
• Advising various parties on behalf of the Council s clients, including charities, companies and members and officers of the Council

This post is full time, 37 hours per week on a remote basis offering up to 60 per hour Umbrella dependent on experience
