Position Summary
We require an experienced SAP trainer with expert knowledge of O2C module and processes from an end user perspective. This role will lead on the training material development and delivery of the O2C workstream.
Reporting to the Sysdoc Programme Training Lead, this role will be responsible for developing storyboards for eLearning courses, recording SIMs (using SAP Enable Now), liaising with stakeholders for updates to ensure accuracy of content, developing work instructions, running mop-up sessions to ensure user understanding and to embed learning.
