If you have proven experience as a support specialist for Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems, this role is for you.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics GP certifications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
