O/IR35 + Remote - Azure Platform Engineer

As our Azure Platform Engineer, you'll be on a team handling every aspect of Cloud Infrastructure and Data Platforms, inc. Design, Ops, IaC, DevOps pipelines, and strategy definition.

Essential Skills

• Experience in constructing and maintaining architecture and infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Proficient in fundamental IPv4 networking concepts.
• Extensive hands-on involvement with DevOps / CI/CD / automation inc. tools: Terraform, Azure DevOps
• Demonstrated success in supporting and enhancing cloud-based infrastructure within our existing solutions utilising frameworks, emphasizing security, capacity, performance, availability, and monitoring.
• Responsible for managing daily business operations and activities for both internal and external clients, encompassing services like SFTP, Virtual Desktops, BPM software, IAM, and others.
• Skilled in troubleshooting high-performance and key solutions covering both API and web-based apps.
• Strong abilities in turning complex technical concepts into easy to digest non-technical terms, particularly when dealing with internal/external stakeholders.

Preferred skills

• Background in infrastructure projects within Financial Services
• X-functional team experience - SRE, Platform or DevOps
• Understanding and attributing costs to specific teams and services

This is a fully remote, O/IR35 opportunity for an inital 6 month period, you must be a resident of the UK and with at least 3+ years of relevant daily experience.
