My client, a global consultancy is currently looking to recruit a Oracle B2C Service Cloud Architect for a 6 month, outside IR35 contract role based in Reading (Initially remote)



* Total 7-10 years of experience with functional knowledge in CRM / CX modules - Marketing, Sales, CPQ and Service

* Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in successful software project implementations related to Oracle Service Cloud

* Strong understanding of Oracle Service Cloud Architecture, technical capabilities, constraints, governor limits, implementation best practices and change management

* Should be able to lead technical team, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute tasks

* Up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud application with all enhancements and new features



* Strong Technical Knowledge in the following:

- Configuration/Customization and overall Application Administration of Oracle Service Cloud

- Hand on experience with OSvC BUI

- Groovy Scripting

- Experience in providing solution architecture and design for Oracle Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirements.

- Create comprehensive technical design document

- Conduct reviews with offshore team and lead business meetings

- Roles Customization

* Experience in Integration of Oracle B2C Service Cloud to other on premise/cloud application using Web Services/REST APIs or using pre-built connectors

* Experienced in Bulk Data Upload/Migration Strategy from Legacy System to Oracle Service Cloud

* Experience/knowledge in following will be preferred:

- Experience in Oracle BI/Analytics

- Experience with Mobile Configuration Layout and deploying Oracle Sales Cloud on Mobile platform

- Integration with on-premises/legacy or any other CPQ/ERP cloud application

- Knowledge on other Oracle CX cloud products – CPQ Cloud, Eloqua etc

* Oracle Service Cloud Certified professional desirable Third Nexus Group Third Nexus Group
