Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud Business Analyst specialising in Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, and preferably specifically focusing on Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC).

Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate HCM business requirements.
• Configure and customise Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Analyse and optimise current HCM processes.
• Develop and execute testing plans for HCM quality.
• Create comprehensive documentation for reference and training.
• Provide user training and support in HCM.
• Investigate and resolve HCM-related issues.
• Ensure compliance and security standards for HCM.
• Analyse HCM data for reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors.
• Participate in project management activities for HCM.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Project management experience is a plus.
