THE COMPANY
This company is working closely with biopharma companies to dedicate their data-driven work to reversing the course of rare diseases. Their innovative approaches are led by a team of entrepreneurs with teams composed of cross-functional digital marketing subject matter experts focused on industry-leading delivery.
THE ROLE
- Responsible for the strategy, execution, management, optimization, performance and reporting of SEO and SEM campaigns for both HealthCare Providers and Patients
- Manage day-to-day SEO & PPC activities including but not limited to executing keyword research/expansion; copywriting; A/B testing; managing bid strategies & budgets; developing reporting dashboards etc.
- Optimize existing client campaigns through analysis of campaign performance data (clicks, impressions, CTRs etc.), ongoing keyword expansion/discovery etc. to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Monitor industry trends related to paid to provide recommendations for how best to take advantage of new opportunities within these areas that can improve performance for our clients
- Develop end-to-end digital advertising strategies, including budget development, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, segmented analytics, and tracking industry developments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and fix tracking issues and setup conversion tracking and goals for digital ad campaigns
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Paid & Organic Search Consultant within this role will likely have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years' experience working in an agency or consulting role focused on paid search & organic search optimization required
- Hands-on experience managing pay-per-click accounts on Google Ads and common SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Experience conducting keyword research using a variety of methods, including competitor analysis
- Familiarity working with Search Ads 360 and Search Console and common website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Demonstrated experience utilizing target and retarget marketing platforms such as AdRoll to drive traffic & lead generation
- Certified in Google Adwords and Google Analytics
NICE TO HAVE
- Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Pharmaceutical marketing content approval process (Promotional/Scientific Review Committee, Veeva Vault PromoMats, etc.)
