p>Reed Procurement & Supply Chain are supporting a commercially minded public sector organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim Category Manager to join their procurement team while they recruit on a permanent basis.

This is an exceptionally flexible remote working role. With a requirement only to attend the Oxfordshire office for first day and then any urgent operational issues. 

Umbrella day rate of between 350- 450 depending on relevant experience.

Core categories of spend include: property, facilities, city infrastructure and professional services. 

The ideal candidate would have strong public sector procurement experience- OJEU / Public sector regulations. 

Ideally you would also have worked in a commercial setting and be able to run tenders in both the public sector and the commercial way.
