Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading manufacturing clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with commerce cloud experience to join their team for a one-month contract. Likely to extend.

Required Skills :

Business Analysis experience

Experience working with Commerce Cloud

Ideally, experience working with Salesforce OMS (nice to have)

Experience in creating deliverables (Functional requirements Specification, Design Specifications, release Notes, Training Materials)

Ability to drive and lead UAT sessions with the client

Working as part of both Waterfall and Agile delivery teams


Job Responsibilities

Configuration of OOB Salesforce to the maximum extent achievable without coding

Leading requirement gathering workshops & deep dive sessions, any related documents/ deliverables ownership and

act as a single point ownership for requirement governance and scope finalization

Working with the delivery of solutions with technical teams to ensure Adherence to requirements.

Demonstration of Solutions to business stakeholders and product owners.
